ይህ እንግዳ ቸኮለ ሊያድር ነው መሰለኝ

Meaning

This proverb is a humorous observation of someone who acts with excessive haste or performs tasks quickly, not because they are genuinely in a hurry to leave, but rather because they are trying to appear busy or helpful to secure an extended stay or hospitality. It implies a hidden motive behind apparent diligence.
